Meet the Doctor

Dr. Brett Caminez, DC, CCEP discovered Chiropractic in high school after a skiing injury. Inspired by his experience he went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Life University, in Marietta, GA. He specializes in The Pettibon System, a postural correction method which utilizes Chiropractic care in conjunction with stretching and exercise programs. Dr. Caminez recently became one of only a handful of New York Chiropractors who are a Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practioner (CCEP).
Dr. Caminez has a personal mission to empower as many people as possible to experience their optimal health potential through genuine chiropractic care. He seeks to educate others through his workshops (whether in or out of the office) on how to manage stress better, how to prevent injury in the workplace and at home, and how to maintain peak performance in all facets of life.
Dr. Caminez is a recipient of “Forty Under 40,” an award from the Rockland Economic Development Corporation, recognizing those working to achieve great things in their fields as well as finding the time to give back to their communities. Dr. Caminez’s charity work includes volunteering for Meals on Wheels, leading health clinics to different parts of the world to serve those in need and contributing to such organizations as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, People on People, and the Special Olympics.
Dr. Caminez is currently serving as President of the Nyack Rotary. He is also a member of Enterprise BNI chapter, and is a lifetime member with a leading national Chiropractic organization, TLC 4 Superteams. He is currently on staff at Summit Park Hospital.
Dr. Caminez and his wife, Susan enjoy reading together and finding new healthy recipes to cook. Additionally, Dr. Caminez still loves to downhill ski (despite the high school injury) and enjoys racing cars with his father.
Meet the Staff
